A deep blue jelly from the 2008 Mod About Brights Collection. It's a beautiful royal blue that's both chic and flattering. This took three coats to achieve opacity as the formula is a little watery, but it wasn't too difficult to control. The first coat goes on like a watercolor and it improves with a second coat. There were bald spots on most nails so I added a third coat on all nails to be consistent.
The thin watery formula gives the polish a jelly-like consistency that looks really squishy and yummy in real life. All that shine also comes from the polish itself since no top coat was used.
The removal was a painless process, with no staining on my nails even though I did not use a base coat. Yay to no smurf fingers! A perfect royal blue jelly, what more could I ask for?
