Light blue holographic. Like the others, the holo here is scattered. While the effect is subtle in the shade, the rainbow is easily seen under direct sunlight.
I apologize for how dark my hand looks in the sunlight shots; it was the best I could do to show the rainbow. The base was a little sheer so three coats were needed. But that doesn’t stop it from being one of my favorites! Thanks for looking!
